You will be asked to provide identifying information so your course completion can be reported to your state registry. Use one of the following three methods.
1 . ECE / Registry ID – Best method. If you use this method just enter “12345” into the social security number field.
2. Last 5 digits of Social Security number and date of birth – Good method
3. Email address used to create your Bright Minds Training user account – This only works if it matches the email address on your registry account. If you are unsure use method 1 or 2.
Please note: If we cannot locate your registry account with the information you provide we will be unable to report your course completion to the state registry, and you will not receive credit. If we are unable to locate your registry record we will send you an email to let you know.
