While North Dakota does not pre-approve any out-of-state training providers, if an individual who is a current member of the Growing Futures Registry completes out-of-state training that was not pre-approved by the Growing Futures Registry, that individual can submit an Individual Request for Training Approval to have the course added to their personal training record. They review these requests on a case by case basis and add the courses that meet their approval criteria.
