Enter “12345” for your social security number if you provide your ECE ID#. We only ask for the last 5 digits of your social security number so that we can find your record on the state registry in some states. That is where we report that you completed the course. if you don’t provide your ECE ID# or the last 5 digits of your social security number we will not be able to report to the state that you completed the course.
